Technical features:

1. Manual multi-leaf split regulating valve is specially designed for air volume regulation and pressure control in ventilation and air conditioning system.

2. It can be directly installed on the air duct to adjust the indoor air volume.

3. The adjusting mechanism is worm gear, which can be locked at any position during adjustment. When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the blade is closed.

4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements of closed valve (JG/T436-2014 Building Ventilation air volume control valve).

Product features:

1. The outer frame and blades of the control valve are galvanized steel plates, and the outer frame and blades are 1.5MM thick.

2. The bearing of the control valve is treated with oil-containing copper powder, which can be lubricated permanently without oiling.

3. The blade shaft is medium 12 plated round steel or stainless steel round steel.

When the width w of the valve exceeds 1200MM, it is reinforced by adding a middle partition plate and separating the blades.
