Air volume control valve is an indispensable central air-conditioning terminal fitting in ventilation, air conditioning and air purification engineering of industrial workshops and civil buildings. It is generally used in air-conditioning and ventilation system pipes to adjust the air volume of branch pipes, and can also be used for mixed adjustment of fresh air and return air.
Air valves commonly used in ventilation and air conditioning systems are divided into four categories: manual control valves, electric control valves, smoke-proof fire valves and smoke-exhaust fire valves.
Classification and function of air valve
1. Manual control valve
At present, the multi-leaf regulating valve is widely used in engineering. It is matched with the automatic control system to automatically control and adjust the air volume. The electric actuator shall have the functions of remote electric control and on-site manual control, and be equipped with manual/electric operation change-over handle, mechanical and electrical limit devices, and have the functions of electric control start-stop, manual/automatic change-over, fault alarm, start-stop state feedback, etc.
3. Smoke and fire dampers
Installed on the air supply and return duct of ventilation and air conditioning system, it plays the role of smoke prevention and fire prevention.
Usually it is divided into two types: electric type and manual type. The same point is that it is normally open when working at ordinary times, the fuse closing temperature is 70℃, and the opening of the air valve can be adjusted. The difference is the action mode and the reset mode. In the electric type, the electromagnet in the actuator is energized by the input electric signal (DC24V), and the valve is automatically closed. Manual type is manual closing or 70℃ fuse action closing.
According to its use, it can be divided into fire valve and fire control valve. The same point is that it is blown.
The closing temperature is 70℃, and general products can be closed manually. The difference is that the fire control valve is used in the air duct system which has fire protection requirements and needs to adjust the air volume, and has the functions of manual shutdown, manual reset, electric shutdown, electric reset, electric signal input and output and fan interlocking.
4, smoke fire damper
The smoke exhaust fire damper is installed in a separate smoke exhaust system or a system with both exhaust and smoke exhaust. It normally works in a normally open state, and is fused and closed when the smoke temperature in the pipeline reaches 280℃ in case of fire.
Generally, it can be divided into three types: normally open electric type, normally open manual type and normally closed electric type, all of which can output closing electrical signals and start interlocking. The closing temperature of fuse is 280℃, and the opening of air valve can be adjusted. The difference is the action mode and the reset mode. In the electric mode, when a fire occurs, the DC24V electric signal is input, the electromagnet in the actuator is energized to act, and the valve is automatically closed. Air volume control valve's working principle
1. Main structural features:
The frame is made of 2mm galvanized steel plate and welded after cold rolling.
The blade is made of 1.0mm galvanized steel plate by cold rolling and double-layer spot welding, which has good corrosion resistance;
Oil-bearing sintered bronze bearing is installed between the blade shaft and the frame, so the friction torque is small and maintenance is not needed;
The action mode of blades is split, which can be adjusted steplessly, and its flow characteristics are equal percentage;
High-temperature-resistant elastic rubber is used as sealing material between blades and ends, and the service temperature is 280℃/90min.
